Recently, I had the privilege of speaking at the Young Women in Business - The Future is Female event, hosted at the beautiful Fairmont. The event, set against the backdrop of a delightful afternoon tea, brought together a dynamic group of young women eager to carve their paths in the professional world. It was truly an inspiring occasion, filled with enthusiasm, ambition, and the shared vision of empowering women to reach their fullest potential.

What struck me most was the diversity of aspirations among the attendees. From budding entrepreneurs to future CEOs, each young woman had her own unique dreams and ambitions. Yet, despite their varied backgrounds and interests, they were united by a common thread: the unwavering belief in their ability to succeed and make a positive impact.
